The morning drop-in will have a reception and be aimed at specific needs of body mind and spirit for those who are in crisis or homeless. We will offer food, clothing, shower facilities and comfort.

There will be opportunities to progress from crisis to community through the afternoon community café. It will encourage social inclusion and be used by groups and individuals who are marginalised.

With a new focus on fashion, we’re selling good quality women and menswear at prices that really tempt! New donations are displayed daily and we always have a sale rail.

Faith

The Vineyard Community Centre is established as a Christian charity and continues to be inspired and motivated by the example set by Jesus.

We adopt a non-judgemental approach and treat all who come as equally valuable, regardless of race, faith, sexuality, gender or social standing.

As an organisation we recognise that as well as physical, social and emotional needs, people also have spiritual needs. As with all our services we will try to meet these needs if the individual is seeking it.

The Vineyard Community Centre is a charity deriving support from many local churches. It is situated in the crypt of the Vineyard Congregational Church.

Anyone wanting to explore the Christian Faith please see details of The Alpha Course.
