The cafe is open Mon-Thurs from 12.30 to 4.30pm.
In April 2017 the café was voted in the top 5 coffee places in Richmond, but we think it’s the best!
It is a hub for supporting agencies and visiting groups and and a place of social inclusion and connection with community. It is used by groups and individuals who are marginalised as well as welcoming local residents, members of the business community, and visitors to the Borough.
The cafe serves lunches from 12.30-3pm, and afternoon teas from 12.30-4.30pm. It can seat between 70 and 80 customers and has a large garden with lawn, summer house and patio areas. The garden and cafe are well equipped to entertain children, and with high chairs available.
Free internet access and wifi are available.
The Citizens Advice Bureau offer drop in advice at the Centre on a Monday and Thursday afternoons from 1.30pm to 4.00pm.
The Richmond Foodbank operates out of the Cafe on a Monday and Thursday afternoon from 12.30-4pm, and oversees three other distribution centres in the borough.
We are delighted to have been awarded a 4 star rating for food hygiene by Environmental Health.
Afternoon cafe activities include the Knitwits knitting club held nearly every Thursday from 1.30 -3.30pm and several community groups use the cafe free of charge as a meeting place.
