Get your business involved
There are plenty of ways your business can help us here at The Vineyard Community.

Volunteer
Local businesses often send us volunteers as part of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative. Typically, volunteers help us:
- Deliver a specific project – like developing a new service, improving our premises, or sorting food donations.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the community centre. This may involve painting, gardening, cleaning or working in our cafe or shop.
We can host small numbers of volunteers at a time and provide food and drink for anyone willing to help.
If you want to learn more, we’re happy to host small group tours of the centre, or even come and speak at your premises.

We’d like to give thanks to all of our recent corporate volunteers, including teams from Marks and Spencer, Seadrill, Royal Mail, Sabre Travel Network, PayPal, People Against Dirty, Liferay, Petersham Nurseries, Treasury Wine Estates; William Grant & Sons, Steins, Lufthansa UK and Velocity Partners.
We’d also thank the many local businesses who provide support and gifts in kind, including: Sainsburys plc, Tesco plc, Waitrose Plc, Wholefoods Market, Hummingbirds, Greggs Bakery, Richmond Hill Cafe, Ole and Steen, Pret a Manger and many more.
Participate in a charity event
There are two options here:
Your staff can run a charity event on our behalf – like an auction or a winter clothing collection.
Or they can take part in a pre-organised event – like a sponsored skydive or social media challenge, or a local fun run.

Employee donations
We’re a registered Payroll Giving charity, which means it’s really easy for your employees to donate to The Vineyard.
Anyone on your payroll can commit a portion of their earnings to the Vineyard, tax-free. And you can match their donation if you wish.
