Volunteers

Vineyard Community & Richmond Foodbank are a voluntary-supported charity working to support people in crisis, including those experiencing homeless, food poverty, social isolation and complex, multiple disadvantages. Without our volunteers, we could not offer the services that we do, which include:

Crisis Drop-In: supporting homeless individuals in crisis by offering food, showers, nursing support and casework support.

Richmond Foodbank: providing emergency food provisions for local people experiencing food poverty.

Women’s Hub: a women-only community that offers a safe space to connect and thrive, with choir, arts and crafts, pampering and a free lunch to enjoy as part of the afternoon’s activities.

Community Groups: we operate a range of community groups on weekday afternoons, such as our Refugee Hub, Knitting Groups, and Mind Art Therapy Group.

Help to support these life-changing services by volunteering with our team!

We are urgently looking for new Volunteer Charity Shop Assistants to support our busy shop team across our two locations in Richmond. More information on Shop volunteering opportunities can be found here.
